Have you addressed the rest of the concerns you are facing since your last rejection? You may have other more serious hurdles to overcome:

--> your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of: your qualification,previous studies,missing mark sheets,academic record,level of establishment,language abilities,financial ability and/or your future prospects and plans. "
