I have applied visa on vac office personally on 11th January but it have not come yet. Offical website show that visa will come into 4 week . It took more than 5 week then what to do?
The processing time posted on the web site is just an estimate. It's not at all unusual for processing to take several months. Unfortunately there's really nothing you can do but wait.
