what is dependent visa? or open work permit visa?

I have my husband at back home and wanna call him on my dependence. how can I do that? I am here on a valid 3 yrs work permit after completion of a 2 years post secondary program.

what are my options to call him here on my dependence?? what should I do??

Apply for SOWP - Spouse dependent Open Work Permit, your husband will be given a Open Work Permit based on your WP, with that, he is free to work for any employer.
