Visa Withdrawal Doubt

Hey guys!

I've had some trouble with the biometrics since my city closed down, and now i won't be able to get them in the time needed. I provided an explanation but the time for them to process it will most likely surpass the day i needed to start my classes, so i probably will have to move my start date.

With that being said, i probably will have to withdrawl my application for the study permit since the date will change and start a new one. Does anyone know how long it takes for them to process such requests and if i can submit a new request for a study permit while the old one is being withdrawn?

Thank you in advance :)

You can submit a webform with an attachment containing a new LOA for a later intake, do write a note explaining the situation.
There's no need to withdraw your file.
