Hello,

I hope you're doing well.
My application visa visitor (study less than 6 months) was submitted on May 28, 2024.
Eligibility and biometrics were completed.
Background check was updated on July 17, 2024.
The IRCC tracker showed date changes on August 4, October 4, and December 19, but nothing has changed since then until today.
I was wondering, what could these date changes mean?
*I also submited a new study permit in 17th december 17th 2024.

Where did you apply from? What school? So what changed today…”nothing has changed since then until today”. So you have two applications now in process. For the study permit did you have PAL and school is DLI with tuition paid and $21k shown.

Study permit : for the PAL I've not bcz I meet the exception (doctorate studies), tuition is over 30k$

So doctorate studies are under 6 months if applied first for a visitor visa? Did you show the $21k plus tuition so around $50k? What program? Medical?
