Visa under University category -Finanace documents help!!

Hi everyone,

I have received my offer letter from a university and inorder to file visa by dec 1.Below are the list of financial documents i am going to submit.Please tel me if this is enough or more documents are needed.


1.First semester fee payed using western union money transfer.
2.Education loan sanction letter covering my entire studies in canada(Have a question here,education sanction letter stating "20Lakhs loan will be sanctioned from so and so bank " is enough to apply for visa or education loan release letter{funds should be already be released } stating "20lakhs loan is released from bank as a part of his study fee" is needed Please need comments on this as i am confused
3.Father and mother affidavit of support
4.Fathers 4 months savings bank statement and IT returns (Father has two accounts 1 salary and other saving.Saving account has around 10lakhs from about 3 months,and salary has around 1 lakh/month. so should I be showing both the bank account statements or only savings account of my father with 10lakhs is needed)
5.CA evaluated property documents to show home ties.
6.SOP stating my purpose of study.

Please tel me if I am good to file visa or any other document is needed and also please post your comments on Education sanction letter and the bank statement stuff

what university has accepted you?
Your profile and documents look good....I dont see a reason why you shouldnt go ahead and apply.

I think funds sanction letter is fine...but thats my opinion ( personally i hvnt used loans so not too sure).
Show both accounts of your father...get a letter from him that he is supporting you financially and his income statement.

Good to go ahead....Show both accounts of father, as salary account shows he has a continuous flow of income throughout the year.
