Visa under spp

i have a very important query. Does the visa authority accept conditional loan sanction letter if i apply under spp method? Pls help.

In most cases no but you need to describe what condition are we talking about. Also what your total fee, how mush is loan and whats your advance fee u have paid?

My condition is that the lic policy which am keeping with bank as a co-lateral security has gone for assignment and it will return after 15days. But i cannont wait for 15days as the visa application date will be over. So can i write a letter to them with my application that i ll give them the original loan sanction letter after 15days? Will this do? Pls advise.
