Hi, just wanted to ask another question. My friend is going back to the Philippines. She just renewed her WORK PERMIT but the Visa STICKER is not updated, expired SEPT 2022.

QUESTION: What documents does she need for her to be able to come back in Canada with no immigration issues in Manila airport?

She needs a valid TRV to be able to return to Canada.

It's not really a renewal. She is applying for a new TRV. She can do that either in Canada or from the Philippines. Note that it can take some time for the application to be processed.
