Visa Stamping (Canada PR) while in UK - urgent plz help..

We are in really big confusion..

We have already submitted all 120 days documents to New Delhi CHC 2 days back. Our 120 days will get finished on Jan 10, 2010..

Now, In next couple of months there is a possibility we might have to travel to UK through my husband's employer. So, while we are in UK, if CHC requests our passports for visa stamping and if we send our passport to New Delhi, CHC - can we stay in UK without our passport (approx 1 month) till the time these passport comes back to us after stamping..

Can you pls let us know, what are possible ways to resolve this issue..

You will travel on your passports into UK and should keep them with you as an evidence of your status in the UK. Request extended leave and complete the procces.
