Hi,

I want to know about student visa stamp in passport .

M in canada now and on student visa , my visa is going to expired in Nov 2011.

I will apply for post graduate work permit and will get work permit for 1 year.

So during that work permit Can I go to India on Jan 2012.?

Do I need to Apply for Student visa stamp in my passport.because it is expired in nov 2011. So how to apply for student visa stamp to get entry again in Canada during work.

When you apply for PGWP, make sure u apply for Multiple Entry Visa, than you'll be able to visit India and come back to re-enter Canada.

You would have to send your documents in the CIC office located in buffalo alongside your passport and the application for an entry visa to Canada. After they process your documents, you will get your passport back in the mail with your entry visa stuck on it....But seriously, you have only recieved one year work permit, you should try your best to work hard to get a PR visa not just focus on getting back in India..
