Visa stamp

Hello All,

I applied for my sister when she was unmarried and then when she married add spouse.
now she got a passport request but now their terms r not good and want to separate.
is it possible if my sister only submit passport and how much chances of rejection and visa stamp of my sister. they r not separate officially yet.
Please advise. Thanks
