I want to know that my husband was Canadian citizen he was married then divorced. later he married me and going to sponsor me. on our marriage certificate his martial status is unmarried. but he attached his divorce certificate with our application. may embassy claim on his status or is that OK in our marriage certificate ?

Do you mean he as an "unmarried" certificate? It seems that is provided after divorce in Pakistan so the person can get remarried. I'm not sure what you are asking though, I assume you have another marriage certificate indicating you are now married?
