1. What is the purpose of the visit and for how long?

2. Does her mother live with other immediate family members who can financially support her visit?

3. Has he mother traveled to other visa-required countries? If yes, typically for how long?

Hi @Bryanna i have the same querries. I am from Philippines. I try to send you message. I have no work. And my boyfriend (Canadian) plan to invite me. His Divorce still on process. I have 2 children live with me. I have a car and a mortgage house. No business because its my boyfriend who support me in everything ( through remittance and bank). And i lived in Japan for 5 years because i was married to a Japanese but now divorced.
My boyfriend plan to invite me for 3-4 weeks.
The purpose of my trip is to know more each other because we are in 3 years of relationship and he visit me 5-6 times a year but he only stayed here for only 4 days due to his work and we dont want to jump into marriage as we have experienced in our past relationship. And we cant get married too if we want because my divorced was not recognized here in Philippines.
And we plan it in June because thats my kids vacation from school.
So, my question is, do you think its ok to state in the invitation letter my purpose for this trip? That we want to know more each other. Live for a few weeks together and see if i like Canada. And also meet his family and friends. And site seeing too.
Do i get chance to get trv visa? Or if not do you think i do qualify in conjugal relationship? Our grounds is im divorced and no divorced here amd it takes time to process it for recognition.
And what are his documents needed. And mine too?
Thank you so much for reading my message and i hope you can enlighten me.
Have a great day and god bless.
