VISA request online form and payment

Hello,

I am a French citizen living in Paris. I have been invited to submit a permanent resident VISA request after applying.

I managed to upload all the resquested documents, but I can't find a way to pay the fees online or submit my request with all documents on the website. There are no "Submit" or "Pay the fees" buttons. And I can't find an explanation to this on the online services website, other than telling me that I should submit my file and pay through it (without saying how).

Did anyone come accross this problem?

Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Did you try clearing your cache, cookies and browser history? If not, try doing this and then log back in. Once you upload all the documents in the application, you can pay the fees.
