Hello All,
My wife applied for a Canada visa but was refused because they suspected that she had TB as they saw something on her chest X-ray. She had no symptoms nor any of the tests proved that she was carrying TB. She was advised to see a doctor which she did. Then after 8 months of delay and medicine, she was finally granted VISA in the month of September. The doctor said that she had to wait for that period because that is the normal wait time if they suspect if you have TB. All the reports were and are normal.
Now we have to apply for the visa since the visa expires next month.
Now In the background information section of the visa application form, there is a question 1a which asks if you or any of your family member had TB in the past 2 years – Yes, NO. If yes then please provide details.
Question:
What should be write here? Yes or NO?
If yes then what could be the impact of our visa renewal?
What if we write NO because she never had TB and she was only a suspect and tests proved that she did not had TB.
Please advise.
