Visa rejection

Hello guyz,
My student permit visa recently got rejected with following reason:
Given your previous education and/or employment history, i am not satisfied that motivation to persue the particular program at this time in canada is reasonable. Refused uder R216(1)(b).

My background education: Bachelor of science in computer science and information technology (BSC.CSIT)
Job history: IT officer ( 7 months)
2019 passout
Intened course : IT project management.

I do really need some genuine suggestions guyz. Please do help me out.

Try a different country or perhaps your own country for your IT project management course.
