Visa Rejection

Hello all,
My visa got rejected for two reasons...

1. not all required documents submitted: valid CAQ
(I was told by Immigration Quebec that CAQ has been sent directly to your embassy)

2. Processing time as per our website will not allow you to enroll at the required date
(Late Registration date is 16th January... I guess I still had time)

What should I do now?
Should I resend everything with:
1. Email print from university saying I have time till 16th January?
2. My CAQ letter print

And should I apply for a complete new application? or should I just resend everything with those 2 things along with an explanation letter?

I will appreciate help from you guys.

you should give them those documents before your last registration date.

1) ya,why the heck the Quebec govt hav'nt Faxed the CAQ to the concerned Embassy ?it's been wriiten in their letter that they will simultaneously be sending the CAQ to both the student and the embassy.did you enquire with Quebec govt?
2)what's was your course (mine was M.ENGG in ECE] is dat yours as well ? classes were to begin on JAN 3 but we can report there as late as on JAN 16..we have got a identical case the only difference so far is that i haven't received any decision..your decision have raised my worries Pal
3) i think you should contact the Quebec Govt first for this lapse and then contact the embassy... whatsay ?

Hey Bro!
Yes thats true. First of all, Separate permit from Quebec is ridiculous. But you see Immigration Quebec does send the CAQ to CHC but our embassy still want the hard copy . I could have sent printed copy of my CAQ but I thought if CAQ has been sent to CHC already so it doesn't make sense sending them a print.
My course is the same, MEng Electrical and Computer Engineering. My profile wasn't bad like with 1370 GRE, 104 TOEFL and 3.43 CGPA etc with even research papers but I guess it didn't help much.
Another friend of mine has the exact same timeline as mine and he didn't sent CAQ too, and like you, He's waiting for a response.

o boy, you have got a decent profile pal,i wonder what went wrong.as far as the caq print copy to embassy was concerned,they could have cross checked with Quebec govt.but ya as u have stated they were ridiculous by not even trying to do that..
my sympathies to you pal. so, what's gonna be your plan now ? appeal the decision ..
the less deserving one's are going and you have got a much better profile..
mine is still pending.tommarow's(jan 3) is the beggining of the academic session.wonder what god has in store for me. worried

I hope they dun just send you rejection like that... People with the same time line as mine got Visa but they are saying I was late!!! I still don't understand that.

Anyways I am gonna send everything back tomorrow to CHC, with CAQ and other proofs of classes starting late. I can't miss this winter, If I do, I won't be applying again for next term @ Concordia or any Canadian University for that matter.
