Visa rejection

Hello, my canadian visa was rejected today for January intake on the grounds of "Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, missing marksheets, academic record, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.", i didn't attach my IELTS with visa but PTE, but i do have my IELTS score of 6.5, i applied in Seneca college for business administration-international business. I also have a study gap, i completed my 12th in 2016. Please help
