I am enhancing my profile,
I have done Bsc. electronics in 2014 with 58%
12 th 52%
10 th 78%
After i have done my study, I have been working in my field as technician.
I chose course of Motive Power Technician Course for Sep. intake in college, and i got refusal above mention reason.
So I'm looking for figuring out puzzle of that reason and what to mention in SOP next time, so that will increase my chances of visa.
please let me know if anyone aware about this kind of circumstance?

You still haven't stated why you want to stay here. It appears you are requesting a visitor permit but want to work here. So, you can tell them what you are wanting to do here - either the truth or something that will be true if you can't get your job.
