Visa Rejection! Advise please

My application has been rejected today
Reason: 1.You have submitted documentation which lacks authenticity as part of your application. This has diminished the overall credibility of your submission.
2. Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of your qualification, previous studies, gap in education, employment e.t.c

As far as I know all my documents are authentic. then why this reason?

Do you suggest me to apply again in General category?

Yes I did.I want to understand I attached 1 year complete fee receipt from college+ GIC receipt and also Education loan sanction letter for 7.5 lakh that I used to pay my college fee. However that letter doesn't say anything only that loan has been sanction for 7.5 lakh but no loan number or nothing that can be used to verify it. moreover one of my experience letter has BSNL number that doesn't work now though it also has mobile number that works. I had gaps in my profile. It looks like:

10th in 2002
12th in 2004
B.Com from Eiilm 2008-2011 ( I have heard Eiilm has bad reputation but again people have received visa on that documents too and I have proper documents those are genuine)
Ielts: 6.5 not less then 6 in any
I have work experience since 2004 till date with different companies all in sales and marketing
Course: Global business
Collage: Conestoga

rejection reason: Documents lack authenticity and your proposed studies are not in line with your previous education or work experience

Please suggest what do you think is not authentic and what should I do while reapplying ?

I have also provided work experience letter as volunteer for U.S.A based company and experience letter has phone and fax and email for U.S. Is that a problem? previous to it I was with some company in Delhi and I guess that can be verified easily, prior to that I was with a law firm as inter in accounts I am sure they have their BSNL number working and can be verified, rest my first job with a small company that is been closed now and BSNL number on that can not be verified though mobile number still works.I am not sure how to justify my point if I reapply. If anyone could help please let me know how to go about it this time?
