Visa rejected twice, CAIPS recieved, Should i apply for third time or not? Please help

Hi everyone.

I got admission in Int. college of Manitoba , Winnipeg in December 2016, then I applied for my visa for the first time in January, after 26 days it got rejected with several reasons; purpose of visit, not bona fide student, funds, travel history, empolyeement prospects.

then I re applied second time , with loan letter of 12000 CAD and personal father funds 54000 CAD. then it got rejected again after 11 days. there was only 1 reason on my refusal letter which is ; Purpose of vist, not bona fide student who will return to home country..

then I applied for caips notes to see what actual reasons are, so I got my caips which states:

VISA OFFICE: Abu dhabi

Pakistani citizen, Resident in Pakistan. Seeking SP to attend international college of Manitoba in the transfer program to Uni of Manitoba, States that father has taken loan to support his studies in CDA. IELTS score 6.0, Moderate marks, Modest funds provided for studies. Not satisfied sufficient funds. I am not satisfied that proposed studies would improve career prospects that would offset the cost of studying abroad. Minimal travel, week ties, I am not satisfied that study is the true purpose of application, based on the information provided and accounting for the sociological,politcal and economical factors in the country of residence. I am not satisfied that student is bona fide and will return back to home country.. Refused.

please help me, I really want to apply but agent is suggesting to get refund from college and to study in Malaysia but I want to study in Canada.. please tell me what should I do

1. Never share your date of birth and real name in open forums!!!

2. My Pak friend went to Malaysia for engineering, left it after 1 yr, came to Canada to start over. In his opinion, Malaysia is not the best choice aiming decent jobs in future.

3.why is your visa office in Abu Dhabi when you are a Pakistani resident?

4. You have to provide strong ties to your home country- property, family business, job prospect.

5. Bona-fide student- prove it by writing strong SOP clearly outlining future goals, pay 1 semester tuition fee.

6. Try improving IELTS score. It helps.
