Visa rejected.....need help.......plzzzzzzz

Hello friends....

I m amandeep Singh.......I received rejection 3rd time with same reason...
- proposed programs is not responsible
-purpose of visit
-personal assest and financial status

Now planning to apply for September intake with same course
B.tech in CSE in 2010......with 63%
Diploma 60%
10th 66%
Ielts 6.5
4 year job as php developer
Proposed programme- computer software and database development from lambton college

All related documents I already submitted

I remember i was refused my visitors visa before in 2014 the reason is financial stability
Then after i save money and reapply again in 2015 they approved my application and visited my fiancee last Christmas
Lesson learned (IMHO) you can only reapply once you can meet the requirements on your refusal letter

Bt in last two refuses....there was only one reason mention that purpose study is not reasonable....bt this time I change my course and do the income source almost double....nd show savings also......

Caips notes really help......bcoz some of my friends apply caips notes...nd there refusel are reasons different....bt same reasons are mentioned in all of there caips notes
