Hi,
We are expecting our first child in September and I have applied for visitor VISA for my father, mother and sister to come to Canada in September under my father's CIC account i.e. he is the principal applicant for my mother and sister.
My father and mother's visa was approved but my sister's was rejected. The letter stated the following reasons:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
My sister's details:
1. She is 28 years old, unmarried. No more siblings.
2. She works as a teacher on contract basis in a high school in India.
3. Her bank account had INR 85000. This was shown in the application. However she has another account with more money.
If she reapplies, what should be done to satisfy these three rejection reasons ? I appreciate your help.
