applied for advanced diploma - IELTS -6.5, individual no less than 6; was accepted in a college.

academic record - never had a backlog ever, maintained good grades since elementary school.

you should have scored no band less than 6 in IELTS. that way you would have had better chances

am surprised how they rejected stating poor academic performance. apply for caips

This is rubbish! I have not seen anything wrong with this profile. I am very sure there is technical lapses somewhere u will need caips note to identify. Your profile is good and wish to encourage u to re-apply. Sorry all the way.

I've been a victim of a silly reason, so i know how it feels. Nevertheless, dont get disheartened, try applying again for the next intake after referring to the caips notes and im sure you'll get through.
