I applied for visitor visa to Canada and was rejected for 5 years.
I have been a full time employee with PNB, and provided my NOC, bank statements, Bank bio data with the application.
They asked again for the NOC as (per them) the first letter was not authentic.

My NOC had signs, phone#, pnb letter head and phone# of the assistant GM in it.

I resubmitted the application and was later denied.

What are my option to protest this ban?

I am considering to reprovide the documents, along with notarized affidvit and letter to reconsider the decision.

My sister who is a canadian citizen also sent me the invitation letter, which I attached.

Any guidance and suggested are deeply appriciated.

Thank you

You need to hire a lawyer in Canada to appeal the decision.

I applied from India, still need to find someone in Canada? Or can be done by any(need to find one) reputed immigration agency?
Did you get a PFL and respond? If need to respond then get an immigration lawyer in Canada, not agency to help with response. If you didn’t respond to PFL and still got the 5 year ban then difficult to appeal.

An agency outside of Canada cannot represent you.

You could represent yourself. However you would be far far better off hiring a lawyer. This needs to be an immigration lawyer in Canada.

I did recieved the PFL and resubmitted additional documents myself.

After that the decision came to deny the visa

So you are banned. There are few chances to appeal through federal courts. If you want to pursue with a Canadian immigration lawyer it is going to cost you a lot of money. Going to estimate $10k+ and still might lose.

I would either hire an immigration lawyer in Canada to appeal the decision or forget about appealing and live with the five year ban.
