hello, I lost my passport and study permit so i reapplied for passport and got a new one.i want to know how can i apply for visa?

Why you need to apply for visa again? They already approved it right. Just send a case specific enquiry. Provide your UCI and application# in that. Explain what happen and ask them on how you can send the passport for the visa stamp.
