Visa regarding concordia university.

I have received offer letter from concordia university in M.ENGG(mechanical).My total fee for 4 sem(2 years) is 25000.
I want to know success of visa as i have payed 1 sem fee and took loan of 10 lakh and showed J-Forms(Agricultural income) of about 10-12 lakhs of last 6 months and 4 lakh rupee in my saving account.i want to know if it is ok or i have done something wrong.
