What should I do now ??if I will appear the ielts exam exam again and get 6.5 ,then can I apply again for January intake under general? what are my likely chances towards visa ?choose pleasee help

Academics looks okay, your IELTS score is less. For any PG diploma, score shouldn't be less than 6.5 over all and no band less than 6.
Course selection isn't appropriate, it's a graduate diploma not PG diploma. After B.Tech, usually you should look for PG diploma unless you feel this is what exactly you needed (then you need to explain it well in your SOP).

Usually study gap they consider shouldn't be more than 4.5 years since your last education, as you have completed B.tech in 2007, so the gap is of more than 6 years now. (having said that, some people applied with work experience and it worked for them, I only shared the criteria as some colleges do not even give offer letter with a gap of more than 4.5 years since last education even with work experience, for example Centennial College).

in a nutshell, IELTS, Course Selection and GAP, there are the primary issues with your case.

if I will apply student visa under general category(before SPP rejected)for PG diploma having ielts 6.5,no module less than 6 can get a chance to visa approval from CHC? give me your suggestion because I am confussed now regarding my study gap 7 year(7 year total work experience in gulf include qatar,saudi & UAE)?

Hello,

Yes you can very well apply for Jan2014 Intake. You should improve your IELTS score and look for a PG diploma or Master's program. If you appear for IELTS in August end or September first week, you should receive your result by September End and you can seek admission in another program. You should be all set to apply by October mid or End and December 1st is the last date for Jan 2014 intake.
