I have a job interview in Canada, and have the following documents:
1. Invitation letter from the company
2. Flight tickets
3. Hotel accommodation
4. Current employment proof.

I first applied in the "Other" visa category and filled "Job Interview" as my reason. My visa application got refused.
Second time i applied for a "Tourist" visa, and it again got refused with the same reason.

Below is the reason:
You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident.

What am i doing wrong here ?
Shall i apply for a Business Visa instead ?

I don't think so your case is worthy enough to travel to Canada for job interview.
TRV is for temporary stay in Canada. Whereas job interview clearly shows you want to permanently stay in Canada.
Your job interview can also be done via video link so why travelling to Canada?

Agreed, as soon as you stated you were coming for an interview, it would have been denied. If the company want you that bad it can be done on phone or skype.
