VISA Refused today under SPP... Pls Suggest Way Forward ***

Hi All,

Today, my Visa application got refused by High Commission of Canada to India, New Delhi with below mentioned reason:

• You have not satisfied me that you will leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for your stay because:
 Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, other educational opportunities available in India or Canada, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.

Please suggest the way forward to reapply in General Category. How can I justify my case to Visa Officer in my next attempt for Student Visa/Permit?

Your low percentages are affecting your case negatively.

Under General Visa - U would have to include more number of documents...All ur work experience letters...
Also include an explanation justifying the importance of your program/study...

One query - which college have u applied for and did u get an unconditional SPP LOA???

Normally the college would not give SPP LOA if the % is really low...

In SPP, I have already submitted 8 years of work Experience & Appointment letters along with SOP (Study Plan) of one & half page to justify my Visa for Canada.

I applied for Lambton College, Sarnia, Ontario Canada for Business Management 2 years PG certificate program. Lambton College is under SPP and I got unconditional LOA. I have paid First Semester Fees in advance.

In Dec 2011, I have completed PGDBA- Marketing & Operations Management (Dual Specialization- 3 years program) with 69.21% from Symbiosis Centre For Distance Learning, Pune (accredited by Distance Education Council, Govt. of India). Is this not enough for VO?

Distance learning is only good to cover your study gap. Apply for caip notes to know the actual reason for refusal.

I was working full time besides doing PGDBA from Symbiosis. Work experience is not enough to cover gap? Can you pls suggest some CAIPS Notes provider names who have speedy services...

thanks buddy... but these people take 4-6 weeks time to provide CAIPS Notes... any other option to get CAIPS notes faster.

Buddy i don't have an idea on that but there is member in the forum.His forum id is ' impulsesonic '. Contact him if he can give any idea. he used this service in past.

In your SOP
Show some weblinks which clearly reveals that u have lot more opportunities back in india and so you'll be back after studies.
also show u r already earning much over here.

I did attached my salary slips to show it.

I recently got visa and i did show these things in my SOP.
i have master degree with 2 years exp.
