visa refused !! Need suggestion for next :/

Hello people I am from Bangladesh. My visa got refused. I need some serious advice from seniors. I'll be grateful if I get some suggestions from you.
I've applied for Humber college advance diploma program and paid my first semester fee. I applied for my Study permit last month and got the refusal letter: (
Refusals reasons were:
* Not enough sufficient funds
* Wont leave Canada after study (travel history, Purpose of visit, financial assets)

My brother showed near 70k Cad as he's the main sponsor and I'd also showed my father's regular income and his assets.

And now I'm really worried that should I reapply or not?

and if I reapply with showing more funds, is there will be any hope?

Or next time I should change my institution!? Cause I heard that refusal rate are very low if you apply in a university (for Bachelors)
Please I need some suggestion for applying a second time cause I'm really worried if they notice that I've changed my institution, Maybe that'll put a negative impact :/

Is your brother in Canada ? Or he is traveling with you ?

and if you are applying for a study permit , you have to show your acceptance letter . I do not understand why they chose the ( purpose of visit ).

no my brother also live here and he's not travelling with me. i showed my letter of acceptance and also the enrollment letter that i got from college. Brother pls tell me that should i go for reapply ?
