Hello, can someone help me?
i applied for a work permit with a valid LMO and presented all the the documentation that was required.
got a refusal saying that it was for lack of experience (i have 3 and a half years of experience as a cook) and english skills?
What should i do in this case? Should i apply for IELTS? what about my experience? is that really not enough? what could i do to enhance my application and re-apply?
Should i contact a lawyer and have them make a stronger application?
Please help.
Thanks

Hi
Its sad news you got refused!!
IELTS is a good way to proove english skills or you can have a letter from your current employer shwing your skills. Represent your application explaining your skills
