Hi,
So I'm sponsoring my husband from India and I applied in July. File got transferred to NDVO in October.
He was refused visa as a student in 2009 by CIC and he also over stayed in the UK by a several years.

I just realized that I said NO in the application on Schedule A (d) & (e) by mistake when they asked if he's ever been refused visa by CIC.
Anyone please help. How can I fix this? Can i email/call CIC and send a letter of explanation? Anything would help at this point.

Can i just do a new Schedule A and upload it online. Write an email to NDVO with an explanation letter? Is this a major mess up? Is this going to slow down or have any affect on the sponsorship application? Do NDVO usually respond acknowledging they have received the letter and new Schedule A?
Should the applicant call CIC first?

I did the same mistake and all i did was to fill a new Schedule A and correct the mistake then i also drafted a cover letter then i sent through cic webform and also to my VO via DHL since your file has been transferred to NDVO
