Hello all fellow Members
i applied online under spp on 30th july my profile is -
10th 82%
12th 57.6%
Ielts 7.5 Overall With no Less Than 6.0 Band
I applied for undergraduate course in mohawk college for business general
I received refusal letter today stating these reasons given below-
1. Purpose of Visit
2.Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of the following-
a.your qualifications, previous studies, missing marks card, gap in studies employment, level of establishment, language abilities or your future prospects and plans.
Now i am looking to reapply in december intake for same course
Can anybody who has applied in general Category after refusal in spp (possibly for one of the same reason as me ) let me know about the procedure as it's different from spp as far as i know
Thanks for going through all this.

very sorry to hear that Givbrar but don't you worry I am sure you have something huge waiting for you and don't get disappointed.

Sorry to hear that. It says 'missing mark card'. By any chance you had a reappear and failed to show it. Make a strong SOP next time. Go through Non-SPP checklist (google). ITR of two previous years (for your sponsor) is one of the requirement. Good Luck.

ITR+Loan look allright but Please take an expert advice before next filing. I can't understand why they
refused you. How much did you show in finance this time? maybe that's the actual reason and What did
you write in SOP regarding course choice, coming back etc. Cheers.

Your agent is at complete fault. Ask them to refund each and every paisa that you incurred as currency exchange loss, agent fees etc. SOP shows the VO your intent and even if it's not in the checklist, how can he say no to it.

I guess you need to also show strong finances. Your mother on that ITR may have other dependents besides you and even if you are the only one, it's on the borderline to lower side.

Address these two and hopefully you may get approval this time.

Good luck

I guess that wouldn't harm as there are no guarantees for Visa but atleast you won't lose an year. Give your level best in finance and SOP this time. I hope you will make it to approval.

Good Luck.

No worries. Blood relatives only, I guess. How about your grandparents (nana, nani), Maternal Uncle . Give a try. Cheers

Hello,

First thing to understand is that these people do not give a straightforward refusal reason. It could've been due to any of the reasons. So take a better approach towards all of it if you're hell-bent on moving to Canada.
Also, do not show ties to Canada in any way. Of course, they only ask for [Mother,Father, Kins] details. So if they're in India, you're covered.
Now, try applying yourself. I dont understand what big a difference do consultants make. Write an SOP stating why this course is important, what background preparation you have had already, how this college and course is the one that you want to join in comparison to other courses. Also, explain that upon completion what are your plans on coming back to India to make the studies useful.

Thanks!!
