Visa refused for September intake, deferral issues?!!

Hey all,

My study permit got refused on the 28th of August and my classes start 5th of September. I have ordered GCMS notes which will already take 40 days and by that time it will be October if and when I apply again.

I have told my university that I will not be able to attend the fall session because of my situation but they said they will not give me a deferral letter unless my study permit is currently in the process. The question now is that should I apply with the same offer letter again in October and then request a deferral letter to be sent to the embassy while my case is being processed? Will they refuse my application because classes have already started?

Experts please guide me as to what I should do next.

how many times have u deferred.if its more than twice schools say u reapply. simply apply for jan intake and change ur start date that should do.tell the school u have reaaplied and ur waiting

I have not deferred even once. Will I have to apply again for the admisison?

then u should write a deferral letter to ur school and tell them yoy will be coming next semester yoyr visa not yet out
