Visa refused for September 2017 intake

Hello,

I have applied for Masters of Global Management program at Royal Roads University for September intake but my visa got refused.
10th-67%
12th-58%(pcm)
One year Gap
B.com-58%
2 years work experience
Post grad diploma in supply chain management - 60%(distance learning)
Can someone please advice what can be the reason for rejection as I am planning to reapply or its better to apply some other country I so wanted to pursue master's from Canada.

Honestly I would look at other countries or schools. Seems like the school is attended by mostly international students. The degrees won't be very impressive to employers.
