visa refused, can i reapply?? plz help

hi everyone

my visa was refused on March 11, 2013 for May intake. Reason of rejection was:

1. You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay
purpose of visit
2. your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more: your qualification, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, language
abilities and your future plans

My profile is:-
10th 54% (2001)
12th 45% (2005)
Diploma mech.engg 58% (2007)
B.tech mech.engg 65% (2010) INDIA
PG certificate international business 46% (2012) U.K
IELTS 6.5, L-7, R-6.5, W-6.5, S-6

I had applied for Post-Baccalaureate diploma HR in Thompson River University.

My question are:-
1. So can i reapply again?
2. Can i apply for MBA without experience?? or M.tech
3. Can u suggest me universities according to my profile?
4. What are the chance for visa if i choose MBA or M.TECH??
5. Which one has more chance MBA OR M.tech??

2. M.tech (you should stick with your previous studies like Diploma mech.engg, B.tech mech.engg)
3. Search on net
4. It is depending on your profile (should choose M.tech)

Your 10th, 12th & Diploma grade marks are not so well write strong Study Plan & choose relevant subject (not business subject)

HI,
you can apply but you have to change your profile like don't apply in diploma after bachelor. try to search a relevant program.

But what to do if relevant degree course is not available?

Chose most related one and write good SOP containing your degree and your future after that degree.
