Visa Refusal

They denied me the TRV I just received a letter .I needed to go in December this year for Christmas.what should I do ? Appeal or reapply?please advise .
The reasons of the refusal are of course the same:
Paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR
1)no strong Family's ties in my country
2)purpose of my visit (nonsense because I do not have extra explanation more than what the invitation letter of a good friend of mine said.
Please advise
Any idea of what time an appeal could take. Thanks

I have just told them that I am in charge of my old mom and my two brothers who are under my charge.I have a nice job in a private law firm since 10 years .I do not have own properties no no..just the family ones.

There is no appeal for a TRV. You can either reapply with a stronger application or apply for judicial review with a Canadian lawyer.
As a side note, having a friend invite you to Canada doesn’t count as a reason to come to Canada.

Hello, sorry about that but if yo want to reapply, is better to address the stated reasons for your refusal on other to increase your chance of getting trv. All the best

A strong application would include travel history, sufficient funds to support the trip, family ties to your home country, property ownership, and a detailed purpose of visit or itinerary for the trip, not just an invitation.

I gave all this .except that I do not have property .they said family ties ..detailed purpose of Visit I gave .. itinerary for the trip I did even my previous travel history in Europe last year ..‍‍

You are still not giving strong reasons why you need to visit Canada at Christmas. You’d like to visit Canada and you can try and apply again but there is not an actual need.

what do they mean by am refusing you the visa based on your family ties in Canada? I do not have family in Canada.

Exactly you have no family in Canada. Do you have any family that would make you return home like your own spouse or children?

Exactly you have no family in Canada. Do you have any family that would make you return home like your own spouse or children?

I have no kids and I am a single but I am.in charge of my mom.andy young brothers.
