I recently applied for a visitor visa to canada for myself. The reason for our visit is to my Son. I will stay visit him for two weeks. We provided all necessary documents like,

1. My Employment letter and NOC
2. My wife employee - salary and ITR
3. Son invitation letter
4. bank statement Me and Wife Booth
5. other family details.

Grounds for refusal:

· I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.

· I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.

What is your question?

si why they refuse my application, I am not get reason.? please explain
It was provided to you. The immigration officer believes that you will overstay your visitor visa due to your family ties in Canada (your son), because of your lack of personal assets and finances in your home country, and because you lack sufficient travel history to countries like Canada. You need to show strong ties to your home country so that immigration will believe that you are not using this visitor visa to secure entry into Canada and stay here. You will need to show personal assets and financial obligations that mean you NEED to go back home at the end of your visit. Sometimes they need to see travel history to show that you do not overstay your visas, but I have seen cases on this forum be approved without this.
