so when I'm reapplying do I need to use the same sponsor or I can change the sponsor?
It depends on what financial documents you submit to satisfy the officer. If somebody is sponsoring you then get a sponsorship letter from them. Try to submit as many docs as possible. Remember, you need to show that you have funds for complete tuition fees +CAD 10K for living cost/year.
