Please i am a visitor in Canada and applying for a study permit.I have just been refused a study permit reasons:
1)Insufficient and available finance;I have been given a scholarship which covers my tuition,fees and books the provided a bank draft of more than 17000 CAD.
2) That i have not satisfied them that i will leave after my studies;i have provided my family ties in my country which i belief was ok. My Application was processed in the Consulate general Los Angeles office. Truly my propertie and family ties don't permit me to remain here after the program.
Am i not suppose to apply for study permit as a visitor while in Canada.
I am confused and don't know what to do can someone help me.What should i do next to satisfy the officer concerned?
