Visa Refusal: Study Permit with reason not applicable to me. HELP!!!

Received refusal based on the below reason: Never travelled out of India previously, how could this happen, refusal was received in Feb 2022. if anyone had such refusal please advise steps taken: i have requested for GCMS notes already.
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your history of having contravened the conditions of
admission on a previous stay in Canada.

As said in another post, apply for GCMS notes. This is second refusal too so assume you got GCMS notes for first refusal.

If this is an error on their part apply for reconsideration. Also make sure your family has never been in Canada or taken you to Canada. Not saying this happened to you but we have seen on this forum that people received this reason for refusal, and didn’t realize they have been in Canada as young children.

Never been out of India-let alone Canada not as infant or child or adult!! lol
Did you hear of any such cases with your experience here which got successfully resolved and got PPR after reconsideration? appreciate if you can throw some light.

Did you apply by yourself or through a consultant? If through a consultant, did you vett the application and looked through the application forms/LOE/SOP etc before submission? It looks to me that a huge mistake might have been made in the process of applying. If you applied yourself, then you know exactly what you submitted.

As you have been advised, get your gcms notes for more insight.

Damn that’s sad but don’t panic my friend also had the same problem but he raised a web form with a letter of explanation and got medical request and ppr in your case you should do the same attach a Letter explaination the vo made a mistake and upload all the blank and stamped of your passport stating I never traveled to Canada and you respect the immigration laws and should be granted a visa as the vo made a mistake

Hi he got the reason that his passport was going to expire but he had his passport till 2025 he raised a web form showing his passport validity and a letter of explanation he got within 25 days your case is similar. So please write a very strong letter of explanation if you can also call IRCC if there is no reason to reapply again you might get rejected and by your rejection i am sure they made a mistake cause the second vo might think as the same one. So please don’t give up you deserved the visa vo error made you not get it

Yes last year he got a reconsideration request and his file was opened again and he also got a medical request and then ppr. But raising a webform is important also if you know a rcic agent or a lawyer asked them this as well book a consultantion you might get charged but I am sure they will come up with a solution. Don’t give up I advise you start acting soon cause more days go less chances you have.
