Visa refusal for September 2017 Intake

Hello,

I applied for study visa for September 2017 intake from Chandigarh for Master of global Management at Royal Roads University program.But it got refused and the reason Visa officer stated is Others.So later i applied for Caips Notes the reason in notes is the reason mentioned is that ( Application Supporting documents level of study,academic abilities and last educational institution considered. Given the weak academic background / weak language abilities in the past.I am not satisfied the PA will be able to handle the studies in Cda. Proposed course at such great expense given pa's academic record is not justified.I am not satisfied applicant is a bonafide student.Weighing the information on hand in this specific case,the applicant is failed to establish that they are bonafide temporary resident who will leave the Canada following the completion of their studies.)
Now i am planning to apply for the next session May 2018 as my admission got deferred for the Program.

10th-67% Year 2007
12th-57% Year 2009
One year I enrolled for Bsc Digital media program But later in 2010 i decided to enrol in B.com Program.I have all the documents proof for that.(Just in case if it has considered as gap)
B.com 57% Year 2010
January 2014 to March 2017 (2.1 Year worked as an associate)
than later i resigned from my Job and start preparing for my application and also for gmat and IELTS exam in July 2017 i Applied for Visa which got refused in September.
From August 2017 i started working with a firm as an Assistant Manager.Currently working.


Completed Diploma in supply chain 2017( Correspondence)
IELTS-7 (Not less than 6 in any module)

Can someone Please look into my case and advise?I am really in confused situation.As i really wanted to gain a global education experience with a Master Degree.

Your B.Comm. marks are very low. That's one big problem in your profile and it makes CIC concerned you're not a serious student. Did you include a SOP to explain your marks?

You also need to increase your IELTS score. When you are taking a Masters, CIC expect you to have a score of at least 6.5 in each of the four categories.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.My Score in Ielts is listening -6.5,Writing-7 Speaking -7 Reading-7.

And I included the Sop but I dint mention about my Lower marks. I did my B.com from Bangalore University without any backlogs.

About my funds as I have only Paid 5000 Cad as tuition fees and took education loan for around 25000 CAD.
I didn't show any other savings or GIC funds as guided by my Visa Consultant which I am thinking that can be the reason for my refusal as in Caips notes it has mentioned that (Proposed course at such great expense given pa's academic record is not justified).

Kindly advise if I need to work on my SOP by mentioning clearly the facts about my education Background with Justification of my Marks in B.com and also the points for funds.
