Visa refusal chances (b-tech after pg diploma)

Hi.
I have completed my B-tech (graduation) in 2014. After that I haved worriedworked for an organization in saudi.And now want to pursue my post graduation from canada, but my agent is going for pg diploma. Are there any chances for visa refusal?

Yes there are always chances of rejection- It depends on your file and how you present the application
