hello
today got refusal study permit for english program
for reson : Absence consistency of your academic project in Canada
can i reapply with LOA of englich + 1 year LOA graduate certificte from conestogac??
n: ihave master degree occupational health and safety but no score in englich
any advice please!!

It doesn't make sense why you would be coming all the way to Canada to take an English program after completing a Master's degree in your home county. You need to pick a different program that makes sense in light of your previous education - it should be something related to the field of occupational health & safety.
