Visa record. NEED HELP ASAP!!

Hi all,

My mom came to Canada on April 29, 2022. According to regular visa stay time, should expire on Oct 29, 2022. But she went to Mexico this month (Sep 2022). Will the stay time be re-calculated or remain the same? NO stamps on the passport. So I don't know if should I continue to apply for the visa record to extend her stay.

if she has re-entered again and cbsa didn't embossed any stamp or specifically gave her any date for exit then she can stay another 6 months from the date of re-entry but double check with your mother that did cbsa gave her any instructions or letter while re-entering?
