Visa Received Question

My husband received his passport back yesterday from Islamabad with the visa inside. On the visa however the issue date is November 6 and the expiry is January 12, 2016.

Does that mean that he needs to leave Pakistan and enter Canada before January 12? That would leave us with only 3.5 weeks to book tickets and take care of other things.

Also, what documents does he need upon reaching the airport in Canada?

Yes, he must enter Canada before that date.

COPR and passport. If he is importing anything, B4 forms.

Make sure that he indicates if anything is to follow (personal belongings that won't fit in a suitcase) on the B4, otherwise it will be taxed when it arrives in Canada.
