Visa Reapplication now

Hello
I got denied a study permit that I applied for in july based on financial reason.
Letter said to reapply if I can sort it out
I don't know if my Visa office will deliver my application to the Embassy in time before it's kinda too late
Thoughts ?

for September intake? highly unlikely that your application would be processed on time. Defer the acceptance to next possible intake if you can. Or explain the situation to the college and ask for extension.
