I heard from some consultant that visa refusal chances are high by applying with an offer letter from college

i have an offer from lambton college but i am not sure to lodge visa application please help me...

i applied after BSc in Information Technology
course applied in Mobile application design and development 2 year ontario college graduate certificate

hi,

no your consultant is wrong , maybe he is trying to put you in universities with whom he/she has strong tie-ups and commision basis,,but visa chances are equal for both college or universities

After passing a 4 year BSc in Information Technology
IELTS Oerall 6.5 (L=8.0, S=6.0, R=6.0, W=5.5)
10 grade = 75%
12 Grade = 70%
BSC = 68% , CGPA 2.87
