my profile:

Work experience: from February 2015 to till now. (I paid tax for 2 years)

IELTS: overall 7, L7, R6, W6, S8

offer letter from the University of Windsor, fall 2020, masters of management

the previous country visited: Europe (schenzen) 3 times and the UK one time.

is the work experience going to count as a study gap?.. is it a problem?..

since you have worked, why are you continuing for studies? basically how does it help you in your career?

and do you wish to stay on in canada after grad?

thanks for your reply.

I want to bump up my career with a Master degree. it is not easy to land a decent job without a master degree in Bangladesh. most of the people do masters right after graduation so my master degree is long overdue.

my BBA major was international business and i worked for an indenting company and want to do masters in management in logistics and supply chain management. i believe, my experience and education are related.

honestly, i want to expand my career further, it does not matter where.

actually you think its related which i agree to an extent but some people with near similar background as yours have been rejected so just take note

you say you want to expand your career further and that it does not matter where. to the vo however, he will most likely think that you will want to stay on in canada after grad at all costs if you do not say you are OPEN to staying in canada after grad (dual intent)

this is because spending a lot of money just to come to canada for studies and then going back to bangladesh - which is a poor country with minimal wages and all that does make a lot of sense in terms of return on investment (ROI)

hence maybe you can say in your SOP that you are OPEN to staying on in canada after grad but have not made a final decision or something yet. this concept is known as dual intent and is perfectly alright

btw you have not stated why you did not pursue your masters in blangladesh instead
i want to do it from canada just to better education. it is much easier to get a better job with a foreign degree and that also opens the opportunity to be a university teacher.

is it ok to say something like (bangladesh's economy is rising quickly with a lot of foreign investment which creates jobs related to my field. if something better comes up in canada, i am happy to accept)?... i worte similar to this (except the second line) in my university admission SOP. honestly, this is my true future plan.

thanks for your reply.
